"A world where.."

I can't think of a good explanation for posting this video by Five for Fighting for the Autism Speaks group, unless looking in my own child's eyes is enough. Somehow music and experience open doors to thinking about issues we don't work on in bioethics. Anyway, if you like FfF you'll like this.

You're right - I like FfF, and I liked that.
Music is an interesting thing for bringing awareness to something we might not have otherwise considered... I still have on my iPod the mixes I created for a class I taught several years back, because I found it incredibly effective to have music running at a low level in the classroom (especially if I could find stuff related to the topic, which I almost always could).

I really enjoyed the music and it got the message accross. I learned something new from the information it has and it gives you an understanding of how common autism has become and that you need to be aware and how to treat people (children) with this disorder.

I liked the FfF and the message presented. Somehow using music to convey a message can be so effective. It adds and emotional element to the message that most people can relate to. It also puts a human face to a disease that otherwise people disregard.
