Time's top 10 scientific discoveries of 2007

We're not so sure about the criteria used to make the selections (see #10: real-life kryptonite), but the list includes three topics that come up here all the time:

#1 - Stem cell breakthroughs

#2 - The publishing of Venter's entire genome

#5 - Heart valve tissue grown from stem cells
